cervical position

when do you ladies check your cp? Is there a right or wrong time? I've googled it but haven't really found anything. I've tried checking the last few days and In the morning its is low and at night its high, so i don't know which one to record

    I'm pretty sure on FF it says to check it once a day, in the same position. I don't think it matters when you do it, just as long as you do it at the same time each day. HTH!

    I just check CM and let that be that. I can't tell anything about my cervix Embarrassed

    Thanks!! That helps a ton. Guess i'll just stick to checking it at night.

    I check mine in the morning, when I'm showering. Like pp's have said--just make sure it's always at the same time, since your cervix will shift positions throughout the day.
