Who has their tree up?

We got our first big tree for our new home, since we used to live in an appt we had a Charlie Brown tree since that's all there was room for, on Black Friday. We have it up and decorated. Even put some of the decorations up outside even though it was FREEZING yesterday. I'm done shopping for 3 people too! I don't think I've ever been this far ahead of the game, usually I'm shopping on Christmas Eve.

    im going to try to get mine up today...just trying to figure out how to "baby-proof" it...maybe put it up in my dining room. we have a pre-lit one, i want a real one but dh said no way! he thinks its going to catch on fire :(

    Congrats on the head start! We put our trees up yesterday (we have 2) but we still have all the other decorating to do.

    we picked out ours yesterday, got all the lights on it last night and are going to make home-made ornaments today! I'm excited!

    Tree went up and got decorated yesterday.. the house isn't yet decorated... I have almost all my Christmas cards done too.. I am NEVER ahead of the game like this either.. It feels great though....  Happy Holidays!

    We put our tree up Friday along with the other inside decorations.  Hopefully we will get our outside decorations up today!

    I put mine up Wednesday - we have a cheapy fake one and the middle section of the tree hasn't lit up in two years, so it looks like our tree is wearing a belt.  LOL  I told MH that if we get a BFP, we'll have to upgrade for next year.

    We are going to put ours up on Wednesday. I didn't want to start decorating until December actually hit, and we are getting our new living room furniture on Tuesday afternoon anyway. I would hate to put up our tree in our usual spot only to find out that it's too cluttered with the new furniture, so it will save us the aggravation of having to move it again.

    I'm doing all of my shopping from Amazon.com, haha. I've already found a bunch of things!

    Been enjoying our tree this whole weekend! Put it up on Tuesday last week. :) and decorated the tree and everything else the thanksgiving :) I love this time of year!

    Ours is up and I'm loving it! I also insisted on doing all of the interior Christmas decorating on Friday (so I could avoid the in-laws while they went shopping Devil ) Total peace and quiet, hehe.

    I became a hypocrite this year and put mine up before Thanksgiving. The presents are wrapped and stacked under the tree as well and it is torture not to get to open them yet.

    DH put up the outside decorations last weekend. We got the tree up and decorated this weekend. I also finished my shopping on Friday and wrapped everything today Yes

    We just got our tree today. It is ginormous! It is really way too large for the room but it has the prettiest shape and is so full. We love it. We'll decorate slowly this week and have it all finished by next weekened.

    Also picked up an amaryllis, two poinsettas, and a cyclamen (all red). And some loose pine boughs for the centerpiece and holly branches too. I loove Christmas.

    Oh and we'll be forcing paperwhites too. LOL I feel like I could go on and on.
