Have your Dr. check your iron, I'm anemic and i tend to have very cold hands and feet all the time no matter how warm the rest of my body is. Also i dont know how sick you are but if you diet is that great due to nausea that might be why as well.
I used to work in a mental health research program- Abilify is similar to most antipsychotics- really dangerous for your baby but can be remarkably helpful in minimizing mental health symptoms. There's not a lot of medication that you can take for MI while pregnant, because there hasn't been extensive research on pregnant women in the past and it is usually considered unethical at this point in time. I'd talk to your provider and see if they have any suggestions. It depends why you're on Abilify and what symptoms you are struggling with. Each case is different.

Discussing actively TTC with DH after the heartache of the last year. We're both reeling.
I was on Wellbutrin and I hate being off of it. Especially since DH doesn't seem to realize that um, hello - I wasn't taking the pills because they're a pretty purple color! (And he was a psychology major too, so you'd think he'd have a better understanding of depression and how it affects someone.) While I can't justify taking an antidepressant while pregnant and BF'ing, I completely understand that some people just don't function without help. It'd be like asking a diabetic to give up insulin.
The usual suggestions: talk with a counselor, get regular exercise, eat a balanced diet, ect. I know some drugs are better studied than others (like I believe that because prozac has been on the market for so long, there's more evidence of it being safe during pregnancy.) Talk with your OB and your regular doctor to see what might work for you
On the freezing part, I am just now starting to feel normal again. I seriously froze (in the Florida heat!) from 6 weeks to 12 weeks. I asked my doctor and she said there wasn't anything weird in my blood work and that for some, the being very cold is just one of those funny symptoms of pregnancy. I swear I never thought it would go away. I couldn't even drink water before bed because it felt like it was freezing my bones. I seem to be coming around finally. I haven't slept in sweats for about a week now
Re: Hard time warming up....Oh and ABILIFY
