Hi everyone..
My husband and I just started TTC, and of course I'm being impatient! I used the OPKs, and got a positive on CD14, so we had intercourse on CD 14,15,16 and 17. My question however is that while I had the positive OPK, I didn't notice and EWCM and I usually do. Is this a sign that I didn't O? Can having sex so many days in a row water it down to where maybe I had it but was unable to see it? Sorry for TMI!!! I just feel a little clueless:) Any advice would be appreciated!
Re: New to the bump.. few questions
Hmmm I dont think having sex has anything to do with your CM. However it is possible that you didn't even O. A +OPK doesn't really mean that you have/or are ovulating. I would recommend using fertility friend and starting charting your temps. This will help you pinpoint your o date.
Welcome and good luck!
You could have O-ed, or you might not have. Can't really tell for sure without temps.
Regarding CM, not everybody gets fertile CM, so you can't really go off of just that. Hence, the temping. I agree with macy that you should look into fertilityfriend.com
I would suggest charting using fertility friend. That way you have a better idea when you O

Thanks Everyone..
I have been temping (I missed a few days), but my temp has gone up over the past couple days (I am now at CD 20). It has only gone up around .4 degrees or so... is that normal? I will keep temping for the rest of this cycle- should it go up even more?
The fertility friend tutorials are really helpful for these questions. This is from Lesson 7: All about Basal Body Temperature:
"The rise in temperature is usually about 0.4 degrees Fahrenheit or 0.2 degrees Celsius, but the rise may be as slight as 0.2 degrees Fahrenheit or 0.1 degrees Celsius or even less in some cases. The actual temperatures are less important than noting a biphasic pattern showing two levels of temperatures. FertilityFriend.com will indicate that ovulation has taken place once a sustained temperature rise is observed (at least three days)."
Hope that helps!
