when to PIAC for appt tmrw?

My first doctor appointment is tomorrow at 2:10. I need to bring in my pee cup - should I use first morning urine, or would they prefer later in the morning pee?
It would be nice if I could take care of business at home rather than work. I have a brown paper bag for it, but that just would be awkward to come out of the rest room with that...
The reason I have my pee cup is because I was not able to go at my nurse appt on 11/12 and they told me to just bring it back the next time I came in. I know, I can't believe I couldn't pee either, but I was so busy at work, I didn't get much of a chance to drink a lot of water or eat lunch yet. And the lab bathroom smelled like someone peed all over the floor so it was making me nauseous.

I'd call your doctor & ask. Not sure if they'd want a more concentrated sample or a fresher sample.

Just do it at your Dr. office when you get there- that way it will be, ummm... "fresh". I'm surprised that they gave you a cup to bring home- my Dr. checks urine at every appt, and I just do it there. You only need a tiny amount.
