pregnancy test question

I need some help about a pregnancy test.  I took 2 the other day and both readings came back a very very light pink almost to the point you can't see it if you blink.  I know the directions say "results may vary and one line may be lighter than the other" but I think this is really light.  Could it be a false positive?  I'm not due to get my period for another 2 weeks so maybe it could be too soon also?  Help because I don't want to start getting excited if it's nothing.

    If that was 2 days ago I would take another one today. If you are KU there should be a much darker line 2 days later.

    It would be strange to get a BFP if you are truly just ovulating. Do you chart? temp? Do you know WHEN you ovulate?

    I would take a digital to confirm...the "pregnant" or "not pregnant" will be a reassurance.

    Your period isn't due for another two weeks?  When did your last period start?

    Is that your personal email you're using as your SN? Change it now. It's not good internet safety.

    ok I miss counted- I'm due for my period in 1 wk.  About my SN- I can't change it and for some reason I cannot log out either!  Very frustrating!  I also want to say that I posted this question before I read the "new to TTC" link that the editor posted about FAQ's and pretty much found my answer so thanks and sorry for the confusion but I'm a little nervous and lost right now because this is something completely new to me.  I'm 31 years old and have never taken a PT before the other day!

    If I were you I would resign up with another name. Or you can email the Bump Gods and ask them to change it for you. You can reach them here:  membersupport@thenest.com and write "Privacy Policy" in the subject line.

    You definitely want to get that changed right away. GL.

    Even one week before is still REALLY early.  Wait a few more days and test again.
