So frustrated with this cycle!

I know I don't post on here a lot, but I have no one else to talk to.  DH understands, but only wants limited knowledge about stuff because he doesn't want it feel like science class.

The only person that knows we are trying got pregnant the very first time she had sex...period..and currently has four children, all of which were not planned.  So, I can talk to her, but she will tell me to relax and don't worry it will "just happen."

Beyond that, no one knows we are trying because we don't want people questioning if we're pregnant yet.

 I am so angry with this cycle.  I've had a slightly more regular work schedule this time around, so there are less open circles, but there are still a bunch there.  Every time I get a temp jump I get excited, only to see it fall again. 

Anyway, I'm sorry, just a vent  Sad

    I understand your frustration. Looking at your chart, your temps are erratic, which is probably due to your work schedule. Have you tried using OPKs along with temping and checking CM? It would probably be helpful for you. Good luck!

    Are you using a BBT?  That might help with seeing a more distinct pattern in your temps.  HTH

    DH and I originally weren't going to tell anyone we were trying to get KU, but it was SO hard riding the emotion roller coaster 'alone'. I put alone in quotes because, yes I had my husband, but we all know a woman's persecutive is very different. I ended up telling 4 close girlfriends and my mother in law. While my MIL is the only one who's had kids I just needed woman to talk to!

    I completely get not wanting people to ask all the time, I had to tell my gf's I would let them know if anything happened. I also know people don't want to share they are TTC because of risk of miscarriage (we had one last cycle). What people dont talk about is that it's so common and it's so important to be able to have a support group to help you through that.

    Your chart is definitely erratic. Depending on how long you've been trying maybe it's time to look at what changes you can make to help you O. I've used acupuncture and it totally worked! Plus its amazing for stress reduction. Other than that make sure your using the right thermometer and that you're following all the 'rules' of temping. I've found the book "Making Babies" to have great temping information.

    I have been checking CM, I've just been lazy about recording it when it's not fertile CM.  

    I do need to get a BBT, but this one worked last cycle, I guess I was hopeful it would work this one to Sad. Guess I'll have to get one! I'm pretty confident I haven't O'ed though. 

    Guess I have to keep waiting this cycle out.
