Update/stbx finally called
I have two updates so bear with me and my wordiness:)
So I wasn't feeling well and I was in a rather pi$$y mood on Thursday so I texted stbx a picture of the girls with the following text message, "In case you have actually forgotten about them. (pic) Thank you for giving me the best gift ever: M and R. You have no idea what you're missing." Of course he called but I wasn't home. We got into a discussion about gifts and of course he wants to buy them a 'big ticket" item. I tried to tell him that the cost of an item doesn't matter but he wouldn't hear it. I have decided to just buy everything any way and if he does buy something I can return the items later.
As far my health is concerned, I went back to the hospital yesterday for abdominal pain. They did an U/S and found that my liver and spleen are very enlarged. According to the dr, my liver is so big that they couldn't see my pancreas so they said it could be enlarged as well. I am supposed to be seen by my dr on Monday and to get in with a gastrointestinal dr ASAP. Of course I googled when I got home and the top 3 reasons for spleen/liver enlargement are; 1. alcoholism (I haven't had a drink in almost 2 months and even then it was only 1 to 2 beers, so the dr doesn't think its that), 2. hepatitis C (this isn't likely since I am not sexually active and have had no blood to blood contact with anyone since before I can remember) 3. Leukemia/lymphoma (the dr actually mentioned this briefly. She said the next step would probably be biopsy which can be by needle aspiration or surgery.) Overall I am just scared of what the future holds. I am a control freak and I feel so defeated right now. So any prayer/good thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry you are feeling poorly. Probably best to stay off the internet right now ... the speculation alone will drive you nuts! If your doc is super concerned he should be able to get you into a GI specialist right away for some diagnostic testing.
