Stroller Issues...

Ok, so I researched a seemingly awesome jogging stroller.  I bought the Instep Suburban Safari jogging stroller off Amazon.com (they don't sell it in stores).  It came with a universal car seat adapter.  When we brought it to Babies R Us to see what looked nice with it, I couldn't figure out how to fit the car seat in correctly!! does anyone know anything about this car seat adapter?? Is the car seat supposed to "click" into the adapter? Or just rest in it??
