Help with a gift idea (NTR)

Its for the doctor I work for. Usually I get him/his wife something around $30 and their kids something around $10. I could do a joint family gift if it cost more.

Here are the catches... No junk food/candy. No coffee. The kids are 12 and 15. 

Some ideas I had...board game (kids), local fancy beer (adults, obv), picture frame with their last name on it. Open to all suggestions though.

 Thanks for your help. This is my 3rd Christmas working with him and its hard every year!

    A family movie night gift basket? You could put in some movies, a gift card to a local rental store and some organic-no-butter microwave popcorn in a popcorn tub.
