Diapers.com rocks

I placed an order on Monday, November 22, and still have not received it. This has never happened and I shop there all the time. Usually it's a two day free delivery. So I wrote an email to their customer service. They said it's because of weather issues and that the package will be here Monday. And they issued a $40 refund to apologize.

    They actually emailed us last night to apologize for the diapers not arriving, and offering us a refund too!  I love them!

    I love them too! and personally being in CS for over 23yrs, them giving you a "refund" due to "acts of God" is truly amazing!  They rock!

    I do not love diapers.com/soap.com!  After the last postings about how great they were, I ordered some stuff and it was a mess - the box was way too big for what was packed in it and it had no packing materials whatsoever, so everything was mushed.  Plus, there was only one strip of tape closing the bottom and since the contents were so bounced around, the tape broke as I was carrying it in.  They sent several substitutions from the soap.com items I ordered that I wouldn't have OK'd.  Customer service was a nightmare - finally didn't get charged for the substitute items, but never got the replacement for the baby food that broke either during shipping or when the box dropped (luckily they did at least have this well wrapped so it didn't get all over everything else) or the actual items that I had ordered.  I'll stick with amazon!
