I have had one beer and tested my milk and it has been fine. I went out today for the OSU game and ordered a beer. I ended up getting one of those big 20 ounce beers. I ended up drinking most of it so I thought I better test my milk since that's more than the typical bottle I have. It came up just over the positive line. This means I probably should p&d, but my question is could you mix that milk with freezer milk to dilute it? I mean I hate to waste the milk, but it's really my stupid fault for drinking that big beer. Has anyone tried this?

If you don't feel buzzed, the milk is fine. If you do, wait until you don't and then pump. You don't need to pump and dump unless you are uncomfortable as the alcohol will metabolize out of your milk just like it does your blood.

This. If I have an issue, I typically pump as little as possible to alleviate pressure and then pump to save once it's out of my system.
