Tension headaches

Has anyone else experienced tension headaches during the 1st tri? I'm almost 6 weeks, and I just started getting them yesterday. Horrible. I don't know how I'm going survive these! I never had them with DS. Any suggestions for relieving them? I've tried rest and Tylenol, without much luck.

Try some caffeine and a warm bath

I've been having them too. I have found hot showers are great.

I've had caffeine. Thanks for the warm bath suggestion - I think I'll go do that right now.
