WiiFit is good. I also like EA Sports Active (can use with or without balance board).
The only complaint I have about EA Sports Active is the nunchuck thigh wrap doesn't seem to stay in the right place for me... apparently the new version of EA Sports has a different nunchuck thigh band, but that one hasn't been released yet so I can't say?

I have Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus. They don't really feel like "workout" games but you definitely feel it afterward.
I also have Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum which is really good.
Wii Active is great, I really like that one.
I just got Zumba: Join The Party yesterday, it's awesome. It felt like the same workout I get when I go to Zumba class at the gym! Perfect for the days I can't make it!
