Freezer cooking ladies

When making an extra lasagna to freeze, do I bake it fully, bake it partially, or just assemble and freeze?  How do I go about thawing and reheating it?

FWIW, I would prefer to freeze it in smaller portions rather than a whole lasagna.

I assemble, then freeze.  To thaw, place in refrigerator the day before you intend to make it.  Sometimes I'll have to leave it out for a little bit the day of cooking it since it's sometimes still partially frozen.  Once thawed, you bake/cook it like you normally would.

This.  I divide meals up into smaller portions as well (2 servings instead of the usual 4-6 with most recipes).  It doesn't usually change anything other than sometimes it thaws a little quicker.

Thanks! I've never made anything to freeze before.

Ditto the other girls!  Lasagna is one of the easiest things to freeze.  :)
