update on possible hemorage

I ended up not going to er or urgent care but I did call the ob that delivered ds and she suggested laying down. Lots of water and if I start passing clots to go to the er. By the time we would have gone to the er it had started to taper off a bit. Its still pretty heavy but we have been out and about today and I've only needed to change my tampon once. (Ob said it was fine to wear them today. Just not last night). So I'm feeling better. Thank you for all the advice and support last night. I've never had heavy periods so I just assumed that's what people were talking about. My ob said that my bleeding needs to be completly over by Monday or I can go in and she will give me a shot to stop it for this cycle. I think I'm going to make an appt either way so that I can figure out what caused all the bleeding. Thank you for reading. Hope everyone had a great thanksgiving

    Eta: thank goodness for this board. Had I not known 1000% I was not pregnant via charting they would have made me come in to check for an eptopic pregnancy

    It scared the bajeebers out of me too. Neither dh or myself knew what to do really. We've never experienced this. I didn't want to die and it look like a slasher film went on in my vag. I hate periods. They make me feel so gross anyway. Yesterday just sucked. Food was good though

    Glad things are getting better; that is weird though.  I wonder if something is up or it was just super heavy heavy flow.  I'm anxious to hear what you find out.
