bought my first baby realted item today! and a question...

Mom and I went out this morning and got fabric for burp cloths.  It is so stupid that I am excited about burp cloths!

 

What was/is the first item you have purchased for your firecracker?

    I bought a crib today.  It was a super deal and I couldn't pass it up.  I also have a bedding set that I bought about 5 months ago.  It was on super clearance and I couldn't pass it up. 
    Born at 31w3d due to severe IUGR & Placental Insufficiency--2lbs 3ounces

    I bought a home doppler today.

    2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!
    TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!
    Surprise! 12/16/14 BFP, loss #2 12/31/14

    I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929

    I knew I was having a girl but I bought everything gender neutral. So this time I really don't need much.

    Today when I ordered DD's Christmas gifts I bought a frame that says me and my big sister. I am going to put a pick of DD and Baby in it and put it in baby's room :) DD has a frame in her room that looks similar and says my baby girl and has a pic of her and DH.

    I bought a green swaddling blanket and a pair of booties that look like firefighting boots (my fiance and I are both firefighters). I bought myself a maternity shirt that says "Firefighter's Baby" on the tummy area :) I'm going through our spare room today, can't wait to start buying for the nursery :)

    I havent bought anything but my mom bought some bibs 2 blankets and a neutral outfit that says I love Mommy.
