  Lamb chops with mustard glaze, roasted tomatoes and onions served with black rice. Sounds fancy but only took 10 min to get into the oven.

  SS picked Hot N' Ready... so I had a few (Ilike 3.5!!!) slices of that!!  One day soon I'll eat some veggies or something remotely healthy!!!

  2 tofu pecan "meat"balls in sweet & sour sauce so far.... I have the mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, stuffing and cranberry sauce out but waiting for my husband to get home first.     I figure 3 days of Thanksgiving food won't kill me.
