Who is here - and how are you doing on your holiday presents?

Have them all done? 

We're doing pretty good - have been waiting on most of our sisters as we weren't sure what to get.  Doing ok on my handmade ornaments.  Have more work to do, but it's only black friday - I am almost done with the longest part, at least.  DH has quite a bit to do, although most of his handmade projects should be easy.  We still have a little shopping to do, but not much.  It's pretty low key this year, which is nice.

    I'm almost there!  I have a co-worker present to make, a present for MIL to make & a present to buy (giftcard, what he wants) for my oldest nephew.  I feel like I should pick up something else for my MIL, too, but I don't know what.  B's family is hard.  I'm not sure she'll like what I'm making her (they're not really into handmade gifts. blah.) so I feel like I should have something as a back-up in case she hates it.

    I think I'm about 85% done.  I have a couple GCs to get, a few presents to buy on Sunday when I go shopping, little projects to wrap up, and photo presents/cards to order once I can get a good picture of the boys together.  I'm pleased with my progress but in the same breath I just want to order everything online today and have it completely done...haha!

    I'm probably 70% done. We need to order some photos and buy frames, and I need to decide what to get DH. I also have a couple more things to order for my family, but I know what I'm getting, I just need to find coupon codes (one I'm waiting to order until the Macy's friends and family sale starts on 11/30). I'll feel more done once I decide what to buy DH - that's the hardest decision for me because I want to get something he'll LOVE.

    I have to finish up knitting a hat or two, then we still need to buy for DH's bro & SIL, and my sister.  We're ordering pictures for both sets of my parents.  No idea what we're doing for DH's parents.  We still have to buy for each other too, which will require the most time and effort.

    Well you are all 99% ahead of me.

    I have three people picked out, but not purchased yet (MIL, GMIL, Great aunt). No real ideas yet for DH, my parents, my two aunts...still awaiting inspiration. Up to last year I was usually nearly done shopping at this point (last year being very pregnant put a kabosh on that endeavor)...so even though it's a month away it feels very last minute to me. I'm going to try to go this week and at least buy/order the items that are picked out so I can wrap and check those people off.

    In the past I have even had a spreadsheet with ideas and columns for make it/buy it/got it/wrapped...to track what stage each person items were in.

    Same here, but ours also has budgeted and actual amounts (what can I say, DH is an economist and I'm a tightwad).

    Haven't even started Crying

    Money has just been so tight.

    Mom, MIL and SIL are all getting the same thing-homemade soap. 

    DH's gift is going to be a pain. I want to frame some photo's of mountains etc. for his office.

    Don't have a clue for Dad and brother. 

    hmmmm

    DH does this, too - color coded, budget vs. actual, etc, etc.  I admit, it kind of drives me crazy - at least when he sits down and wants to go through every person on the list!  AGH!
