What a slooooooooow Friday!

Man--this board is usually hopping on a Friday!

I guess everyone (ok..MOST) is enjoying an extra day off?

Anyone brave the crowds?  MH and I did....we got up at 2AM and were home by about 5:30 then we took a nap.  I'm working on a Lit Review for my Master's paper (blah) and he's laying on the couch.  We're about to head off to stop at a few more stores then go to my parent's for leftovers. YUM!

What is everyone else up to?

    I braved the crowds as well.  My friend and I were out at 3:30 and home by 9:00.  I think I may head out tomorrow morning as well to pick up some final gifts!  I love black Friday shopping.  I took a very much needed nap when I got hom!!  We are taking DS tonight on the North Pole Express, like the Polar Express later.  I can't wait to see how he likes it!!

    Enjoy the leftovers!  YUMMY!!!!!!!!

    I'm stuck at work for 3 more hours, but my husband is going to hit a few stores and I have been on Amazon.com doing some shopping.

    I'm being lazy and MH is studying.  I may get up and around in a bit and hit some smaller local shops.  I'm not particularly interested in hitting the mall/big store crowds.

    Bumping from my iPhone at the in-laws'. Eating leftovers and watching football with DH, his brothers and their wives. MIL/FIL are out shopping...and no, we didn't brave the crowds.

    I am cooking my turkey right now :-) We went to Dallas to see MH's grandpa yesterday and since I really wanted to cook a turket, we are having Thanksgiving dinner today for just the two of us. Should be ready in about 30 minutes!

    We didn't do any shopping today and are staying away from the crowds. Just hanging out, playing video games, cooking and enjoying ourselves :-)

    Just got to work about an hour ago and will be here till 10:30.

    Stepmomster and I planned to shop a bit today, but AF came yesterday and I decided a couch, a heating pad, and Law and Order SVU reruns sounded like a much better plan Smile

    No Black Friday for me!

    Today is DH's 34th birthday so we're going to celebrate at our local sports pub to watch our old college play football.  I'm pretty impressed with the turnout...I secretly got about 15 friends to show up and wish him a happy b-day.  Since it's the holida weekend, I was afraid it would be a little slow.  Here's to some college football, friends and DH's bday!
