Question about Temping

Sorry if this is a dumb question.

Does getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom effect your temp? Do you mark it different in FF on the nights you get up?

    It could.  It depends on what time you get up and what time you temp.  For example if you get up at 12:00 and temp at 5:00 you're fine.  If you get up at 4:30 and temp at 5:00 then yes it'll make a difference.  You need 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep to get an accurate temp.
