"pop" in my lower abdomen

Anyone ever felt this?  I had a really wonky 18 day cycle last month, very heavy..just weird, asked my Dr. about it, they told me either a cyst ruptured, chemical pregnancy, or miscarriage..all my tests were negative though.  So...I've been WICKED crampy all month, last night in my sleep I rolled over and felt this "pop" in my lower abdomen..my pain is now hardly anything..I think a cyst rupture would be really painful though right?  What'cha think?

    Yes, but it was a side effect to the BCP I was on.  I had been taking it for awhile and no issues, very light periods.  Then one night I felt a pop in my stomach and then had a huge puddle of blood under me on the bed.

    Dr said it was a side effect to the pill where I wasn't properly shedding my lining every month, and it just build up and POP.

    I never had a pop but I did have cysts rupture.  It was very painful, even worse than kidney stones.
