    Cross Hairs.

    It is a term from fertility friend.

    When you ovulate, fertility friend places two lines:  one vertical to mark your ovulation day, and one horizontal to show your cover line of temperatures.

    CH = crosshairs

    Fertility Friend (FF) will put CH on your chart on your supposed ovulation day.

    "CH" is short for Cross Hairs. Those are the lines that Fertility Friend places on your chart to signal that you ovulated.

    The vertical line shows the date of ovulation and the horizontal line denotes your temperature coverline. After you ovulate, you want for your temperature to stay above the coverline.
