Trying to Get Pregnant

EPO (New Question!)

Hey! I know there have been a few posts lately about EPO, but I haven't seen anyone mention this - I noticed on my bottle that it says "Can be used for 3 consecutive months." Does anyone else's bottle say this? Hopefully none of us will need to use it longer than that anyway, but it seems you are not meant to take it longer than that.

I only plan to take it from CD1-O so I guess it would never be a "consecutive" issue.

Re: EPO (New Question!)

  • I don't take it for EWCM, but to help with my God-awful cramps. My bottle (or my doc, for that matter) never said anything about 3 months.

  • I don't know what you dosage is, but my mom has been taking EPO every day for 10+ years to help with her IBS. She's never had any pharmacist or naturopath tell her she couldn't. HTH!

  • Oh, well if your mom has been taking it for 10+ years then I guess no one needs to worry about 3 months! I am still curious why my bottle says that - I googled it and couldn't find anything to substantiate it so I guess not to worry!
