What to eat?

Hey there, I'm very new to this whole pregnancy thing but have already started doing ALOT of research.  I've gotten some good guidelines on what to eat and what not to eat.  My questions is a little more specific.  What are some good things to eat when you just aren't feeling that hungry/don't have an apetite or even slighly nauseated?  I know it's not good to skip meals, but nothing sounds good :(

  • I went for plain things like oatmeal or cream of wheat, rice, and crackers, even if I wasn't feeling hungry I would more likely to choke it down if it doesn't have a ton of flavor. I also would just find things that I knew I used to like and kind of eat them off of the memory of how I liked it.... if that makes sense?
