I have heard this used as a nickname for girls - at least I'm guessing a nickname. Now I'm wondering what is the formal name?

Also - I am not pg with bb #2 and who knows when that will be - so its not really personal.

How funny! I just posted this nickname under the Lauren thread. I think just about anything that starts with L or El-.

Lauren, Laura, Elizabeth, Eleanor, Laurel, etc.

My aunt Laurel goes by Lol or Lolly. Apparently her little brother couldn't pronounce her name and the nickname stuck.
