Pheasant anyone?

LOL! I know this is a long shot, but does anyone have a good recipe for pheasant? J killed 2 today and is wanting a recipe. He is in charge of cooking that thing, because I won't touch it! Ahhh, the life of a hunter's wife.

    my DH goes pheasant hunting every year, and i generally treat it like chicken.   My favorite way to make it is to stuff the breast with chive and onion cream cheese, wrap it in bacon and bake at 350 for 20-25 min.   Good luck!!
