I'm thankful!! It's been a year...

...since DD's cast came off.  I tend to dwell on anniversaries of things like this, I don't know why.  But at least this is an anniversary that makes me very, very happy!  And thankful because she is growing and thriving.  We continue to get good news from her doctors which is amazing.  I am so thankful.

So a little story (if you care to read on as I continue to babble!), I was cleaning the house last night and for some reason, DH decided to put Lillian's cast on display in our living room (on top of our TV cabinet.)  So it's been up there for a year.  I was dusting and decided it was time for that thing to come down.  I was tempted to immediately burn it but we will hold on to it because I'm sure someday, DD will want to see it.  One thing is for sure:  I don't want it on display in my living room anymore. We are done with that stage and are moving on.

Here are a couple pics, then and now.  Thanks so much for letting me share, and for being there for me throughout this whole process.  I am so thankful for you girls!!  Happy Thanksgiving.

    I love anniversaries like this!
    6/28/10: Lost our sweet baby Addyston at 18wk 1day to pPROM 7/24/11: Michael William born at 24wk 2d due to IC after an emergent cerclage at 18wks, 4wk home BR and 2 weeks hospital BR. Grow strong our little Miracle! 9/17/11: Michael joined his sister in heaven after 8 amazing weeks with us on earth. He fought a very hard fight but NEC was too much for him in the end.
