EPO ladies - a question for you!

I looked through the past few pages, and I didn't see this question, but I apologize if it's already been asked.

I've been taking one EPO capsule from CD 1, but noticed this morning that the brand I purchased (Origin) says on the bottle to take 3 a day. Does anyone else take this brand and how many per day do you take?

    Not exactly sure the brand I take (bottle is at home) but I take two (which I think is what most of the ladies on here take) one in the morning with breakfast and one in the evening with dinner.

    I have been taking 2000 mg/ day. My capsules are 500 mg each, so I take 2 of them twice a day. Good luck!

    Mine says to take 3 a day as well, but I take 2. One with breakfast and one with dinner.

    I also take two a day, even though my bottle says you can take up to six per day -- that just seems a little excessive to me.

    my bottle says i can take 3 a day.  they are 1,000mg.  i've only taken1-2.

    sorry in advance, but what does EPO mean? ive checked the golossary, and have tried to figure out what it is by reading the comments and the question, and still havent got it! LOL! thanks!

    Evening Primrose Oil.  It helps to increase CM. 

    OP- I take 3 a day, one with each meal.  They are 500mg each.

    I've read somewhere that you should take between 1500 and 3000 mg per day to see an increase in CM. So I am taking 3 1000 mg capsules per day. In addition to that I drink 2 cups of green tea with POM daily, this cycle I am working on getting as much CM as possible. Smile

    Sorry to hijack your thread, but has anyone ever noticed increased spotting with EPO?

    My period has been so wonky this cycle and the only thing I've done differently is the EPO. My period seemed to end sooner than normal and then I had major spotting yesterday after not having anything on Monday. I'm having a little more spotting today. Has this happened to anyone else?

    interesting. could be. I started EPO my second cycle off the pill and had spotting during my LP this cycle and last...but didn't connect it to that. I don't recall what my periods were like prior to the pill so I don't have much to compare it to.

    I think I'm going to stop taking it for awhile... maybe I'm just really sensitive to it? I started spotting and cramping again this evening, which never happens after my period is over. Very weird...
