I ordered sandwiches online for delivery.. or so I thought. I called to check on my sandwiches and they put someone on the phone and this was our conversation:

Me: I goofed and hit pick up when I needed delivery, how do I fix that?

Him: For starters you could click delivery instead of pick up.

Me:.....

Him: I tried to call you but the number wasnt even put in right.

Me: Did you try with the right area code?

Him: This can be fixed by you ordering right.

So is it me? Or was he a little prick? I dont want to make waves since they are doing my food now. The first person I talked to was cool and laughed with me, him not so much.

So I redid the order and the delivery guy was here in less than 5 minutes. They sent me the same sandwiches they made 2 hours ago. I am pissed.

I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt though; maybe it was just a really bad day, or he was stressed out. No excuse, certainly, but I would probably give them another chance (if I liked the sandwiches, lol).?

It was totally my fault and I didnt expect them to give me free food, I just wanted to know how I needed to fix it. Re-do it online or talk to him.

LOL Yep! The delivery driver wouldnt tell me the managers name either. He said " I just got on I dont know who is working"
