A few years back, my DH was in a severe motorcycle accident that left him paralyzed from the waist down (the doctors also believe this is what caused MFI) and they said he'd NEVER walk again. Fast forward one year later and he's walking! He walks with a cane for support (my Mr. Peanut

), but other than that, you'd never know what a miracle he is! His right leg has never recovered 100% and so his knee gives him some grief every now and then. But for the last week it's been really bothering him. Last night it was swollen and warm to the touch. As far as he has come, he gets very frustrated when things like this happen and he worries it will lead him back into a wheelchair. We are calling his doctor today to get this checked out, so any positive vibes you could spare are welcomed with open arms! If you've made it this far, thanks!!!
