Trying to make it happen at the in-laws' house

Looks like I'm going to O tomorrow - hooray. We'll be staying with DH's parents for the holiday - boo. They are wonderful but I'm not sure I'm 100% comfortable trying to make this happen in a twin bed down the hall from them.

Anyone else TTGP this weekend in someone else's home?

    Psh, I wouldn't let that stop me!  Turn on the TV in the room, a loud fan, a radio, or something lol.

    I'm past my O date according to FF (just started charting) but practice makes perfect, right? & we're staying at my SIL's all weekend.

    I wouldn't let that stop me either!  Turn the tv on or run the shower or something to try to disquise the noise and just be really quiet.  GL!

    We are in the exact same boat!!  The worst part isn't even making noise, it's the fact that is just kills the mood in general when we're there.  Ugh, always seems like we're at my parents during O time.  I'm going to have to make sure DH doesn't drink too much and is not too sleepy too...oh man!!!

    I think this situation has the potential to be kind of fun: you get to be like horny teenagers again! Just remember what you did back then to get away with it, like a loud action movie and going at it on the floor or a chair instead of a creaky bed. Plus, even if you did get caught, most in-laws would probably be thrilled that you're trying to make them a grandbaby- they'd encourage you to keep at it!
