We have an audio monitor only and we don't use it anymore. But that's scary!
Me: 44 DH: 42.
DS born healthy at 40 weeks 8/24/09.
TTC since then with no luck or ART.
Surprise BFP 8/6/14... MMC @ 8 weeks 4 days... Miss you everyday sweet baby angel.
Another example of sensational "journalism" and a big reason why I'm so happy to be out of the business.
We have two channels on our AngelCare monitor. On Channel A, we often can hear noises and voices from somewhere else.. probably a neighbor. It's nothing we can really sit and listen and decipher. But I supposed it's possible.
Lesson learned... turn your monitor off if it's not in use.

No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
Re: Now I am freaked out.
Didn't realize the video could be picked up, luckily we just have the audio monitor..and only turn it on at night.
So, as long as the baby is sleeping well that night, the only sounds someone driving around at 3 a.m. will get is my husband's snoring.
Holy shiz.
I hate these sort of stories. On one hand, yes, they are warning the public. But... how many dangerous people actually GET ideas from them.
Not that that's not a reason to air it. It just makes you wonder.
