Hi Ladies, 

Hope you are all well and gearing up for a happy Thanksgiving. I've been lurking quite a bit this last month and thought it was time to introduce myself. My husband and I are newlyweds and will be trying to start a family in January; after all the travel and craziness of the holidays is passed. We're both 30 years old and live in NJ, currently renting a place with plans to start our house hunt this spring. 

I was laid off early last year and haven't had any luck finding another position. We've had the plan to TTC for a long time and fortunately I'm in a position to be a SAHM, so my current employment status is a non-issue with that (it is an issue with my self-esteem, but that's another story). ANYWAY, just wanted to say that I've learned a lot by lurking on the board and I hope I'll be able to contribute something as well.
