Temp and Chart question...please help!

Good morning ladies!

this morning my dog woke me up at 6am and right away i tempted = 95.5F

then i went back to bed and got up around 6:45am:  I tempted again = 95.9F

6:45am is usualy when i temp and my temp has been around the 95.9F mark for the past 3 days (i'm in DPO3)

so i don't know which one to record for today...95.5F or 95.9F...is it normal that it fluctuates so much within a matter of 45 minutes?? i'm starting to doubt my whole chart...

oh and one more question...if one of you ladies can teach me how to post my chart (or link to my chart) that would be great! i use fertilityfriend.com.

    I'd use the first.

    I believe if you go to the tools tab, then home page setup you can get the code to post a ticker/link to your chart.

    Use the first temp, and make sure you change the time in FF.  When this happens to me, I usually jot down my second temp and the time in the notes section, and write a little blurb about why my temp was off.  I've never needed to go back and actually refer to this, but it makes me feel better about having screwed it up to begin with ;)

    I'd use the first. If I wake up and know ill get two hours sleep ill wait to temp otherwise I just temp and use that. I have open circles due to waking around 5 something instead of 630. This morning I woke at 3 and had 97.3 then woke at 6 to 97.5 just to see the difference. I used my normal six.. FF says to avoid the temptation of tekping before your time.. I'm going to start using that advice :)

    Use the first temp.  It is normal for your temp to go up that much after 45 minutes.  Your temp actually starts going up as soon as you open your eyes, that's why it is so important to temp right away.  It's called your basal body temperature (as opposed to just your temperature) for a reason :)
