2/3 cup sugar
2/3c
brown sugar3/4c butter, softened
1teaspoon vanilla
1/2 c pumpkin (not
pumpkin pie mix)
2 eggs
2 1/4c flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1teaspoon
baking soda1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
A dash of nutmeg and clove(that's my secret ingredient!)
Heat oven 375
Mix flour, b.soda, salt, spices
Cream butter and sugars and vanilla.
Beat in pumpkin and eggs well.
On low speed slowly add flour mix in batches.
On parchment paper bake
Tablespoon drops for 10-12 min. 10 is usually perfect for Tablespoon drops. Cool completely then frost.
Browned butter frosting
3cups
powdered sugar1teaspoon vanilla
3-4 Tablespoons milk
1/3c butter (don't use margarine it will burn)
Mix powdered sugar, 1t vanilla, 3T milk.
In saucepan over medium heat brown butter stirring constantly just until light brown.
Pour butter over p.sugar mix and add 1 more Tablespoon of milk if needed a creamier texture. If too creamy stick in fridge then it will be perfect.
