They recommend you wait until at least 6 months to jog with your baby directly in the stroller. You want to make sure they not only have good neck control, but you also want their back muscles to be well developed. Since your baby was a preemie I'd maybe wait even longer than that.

Okay thanks...yeah that's kind of what I was thinking. I will probably have to wait until 6 mos adjusted (if she were born on her due date) which won't be until March.
