How early is too early to make pies? Think I could get my pies out of the way tonight? Or is two days too early?

    What kind of pies? ...Not that I'm going to give helpful advice about cooking, just curious. ;)

    Apple and pumpkin. I'll probably wait until tomorrow night. The biggest issue would probably be me wanting to have a slice:)

    It depends on the pie but I think two days is too early. I would think the crust would get soggy. If you're making the crust from scratch, you could make that early and keep it in the fridge until Thurs.

    After 2 1/2 years TTC, 3 IUI's, endo, and a lap, a surprise BFP brought us Alexandra Marie!
