Where to buy tights for toddler?

Looking for black warm tights so I can possibly entertain the notion of dressing my daughter in a Halloween costume that is not a furry mono-suit. I glanced when I was at Target last and didn't seem to see black. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I just bought black ones at Target... they're in the baby section, but they go up to 2T I think.

What about Old Navy? I've bought tights for my niece before and they had a good selection of colors and sizes.
