Pediatrician

Can anyone recommend a good pediatrician near Upper Arlington? We're willing to travel for a good Dr, but don't want to be too far for when the little one is sick.

    We like Rainbow Pediatrics in Dublin and New Albany they have many doctors on staff and extended hours.

    We go to Olentangy Pediatrics.  It's off of Olentangy River Rd. near Bethel (Knightsbridge Blvd. technically).  All the Drs. we've met have been great, and the nurses line is really helpful!

    We go to Powell Pediatrics and love it!!! All the doctors and nurses there are great! We were going to go to Rainbow Pediatrics cause I had a friend who was a medical assistant that worked there. Well, she ended up leaving the practice for a lot of different reasons and now takes her son to Powell Pediatrics and recommended it to us. We drive from New Albany...but we're willing to drive a ways for great doctors.

    We love Powell Pediatrics!  The doctors, nurse practitioners and nurses are all wonderful!  It is worth the drive for the excellent care they provide!  I used to work at a childcare center and they came highly recommended by the parents. I'm so glad we have such a office to trust with our daughter's health.  We've called on weekends to ask questions and the doctors were always very helpful and friendly.  They even have Saturday hours!  : )

    What happened at Rainbow? My DH used to have Dr. Ann and we use Dr. Tyler her son.

    just a lot of politics that she didn't feel comfortable sending her son there. I guess since she knew so much that happened behind the scenes (mostly at the New Albany practice)...I wish I knew more but I just took her word since she's my best friend and one of the sweetest people I've ever met. She loved a lot of the people that worked there but a lot had to do with how how the practice was ran

    We go to Trivillage Family Practice and see Dr. Heintz.  It is on Rt 33 south of 5th Ave (near the 670 entrance).  I love him - often returns my calls with frantic new mom type questions himself, and if he doesn't, his PA does (either way, I always hear back the same day).  Talked me off the ledge when I was having breastfeeding issues, and all sorts of other good stuff to say!

    I just started at Olentangy Pediatrics and love it!!! The Dr.s have all been great with my first time mom questions.

    We use Dr. Reis at Pediatric Associates off of Fishinger (near the Movie tavern Plaza).  Haven't had a problem and Dr. Reis always answers all our questions,  Never feel rushed.

    Thanks for the suggestions ladies. I actually went to Olentangy Pediatrics when I was a kid and loved my Dr, but she has long since retired.

    Dr. Sant at WholeKids Pediatrics located at 1335 Dublin Rd. 43215

    She is awesome and so are her assistants and Kathy that works the front desk They are close by you plus her after hours doctor on call if she isn't available is located in UA.

    The specialize in natural approaches if your interested and also have a childrens yoga studio where baby and parent can have classes together.
