ha-- i know the title sounds pretty silly. sounds like it was written by an acupuncturist (sp?), and has a lot of recommendations based on eastern medicine. just thought i'd ask to see if it was worth checking out before spending the money on it.

I read this book (or about 3/4s of it, at least). The info is interesting but has two voices from the two separate authors and I felt it was really geared towards convincing women who are at the stage of contemplating IVF to try a more hollistic approach--accupuncture, herbs, etc. It is NOTHING like TCOYF.

I actually have it but a digital copy. I would give it to you if I could.... See if you can go to B&N and skim through it first. I'm not totally sold on the whole thing but I am trying some of the things they recommend but it's only my first month and I have nothing to report yet.

THIS. I read the book on my kindle, and, yes, it is geared towards those who are seeing an RE/need to see an RE and would rather use natural means to try to overcome infertility. Since we had just started trying/charting, I stopped reading 1/2 way through.
I just read it on my Kindle. I agree, it's more geared toward women who are seeing an RE but I actually felt it was somewhat useful. I enjoyed hearing the benefits of natural medicine (no matter where you are in the TTC journey). I'm naturally a pretty anxious person so some of their suggestions were helpful.
Also gave me peace of mind knowing what the options are for TTC with assistance if we needed it. I'm a researcher by nature so even though we're many months away from any testing/interventions, I found it helpful.
Mama to a baby girl born 1/21/2012.
