I've been lurking for a while and decided to finally say hello. Woke up this morning with horrible cramps and its CD1 for me. I started charting halfway through my last cycle to get a feel for FF. Been learning a lot on this board and hope to continue to do so. I have read the newbie link and both my husband and I watched "The Great Sperm Race." He thought it was the best documentary ever.
