  SO cute Ash.  Your Papa makes a GREAT Santa.

  We used to do pics with Santa every year.  We had about 10 years worth of pictures displayed on the mantle each Christmas.  And in probably 8 of them, I'm sitting pretty, behaving myself and smiling...and my little sister is screaming, arms flailed, dying to get away from Santa.  Those pictures were a staple for my family to see each year.

  I hope Karter's reaction gets better each year!

  so cute!  One of my uncles would make a great Santa too, but I don't think he has a costume.  I will just have to settle with the mall Santa.
