Mucinex

So i have see/heard of ladies using Mucinex to get the CM to be EW. When are you supposed to take it to expect your CM to be EW? If i took it at noon, should i plan sex for like 2 or does it even matter? How long is safe to use it? TIA hope your all doin well tonight!

    I haven't tried this yet, but one of my best friends did it. She said she took it a few hours before sex - and did this the entire week of O. (She also said she got pregnant after doing this, so GL!!) Just make sure you don't use the DM kind.

    I did a shot of mucinex (children's was all I could find with Guaifenesin as main ingred) twice a day and saw no change. Then again, I already get EWCM so I don't know what I was hoping for (BFP?)

    I know there are a lot of ladies that talk about taking Mucinex to increase EWCM, but IMHO I think it's a risky thing to do when you can just order preseed.

    Mucinex does not create or increase EWCM it only thins out existing EWCM that is too thick. Make sure the kind you get has the ingredient Mrs.Frisco stated as the main and only active ingredient. I was told every 12 hrs. the week leading up to O.
