My big surprises this weekend :)

I thought I would share how amazing and wonderful my friends are, and to tell the internet gods how thankful I am for this message board for bringing me some amazing people in my life.

On Friday I had plans to go to the mall with Dawn, Gena and Spencer to celebrate S's 2nd birthday We met up and played in the play area and hung out. We went to the maternity store and looked for something because Gena wanted something new to wear D kept trying to get me to try stuff on but me being stubborn kept saying no because I am so close to the end why need anything. I did pick out a Hot Mama shirt and pjs but that was not what they wanted me to find.

We left the mall and headed to Big Bear for lunch. As we were waiting to be seated Dawn said she was going to the bathroom and like a minute later the hostess tells us that our friend is already there. Gena kind of ignored that comment and I thought...how weird we walked in with her we know where she is. The hostess goes to seat us and I walk up the stairs and there is Kimmie sitting and waiting for us! I bursted into tears. I have never been more shocked, surprised, excited to see another person ever.

After I calmed down they told me Kim would never miss my shower that was going to be the next morning. How my friends and family kept that from me for over a month I will never know. I am so happy I got to spend most of Friday with my girls! I did have to run to the mall to get something else to wear but I was walking on cloud 9 so it did not bother me a bit. That night Aaron ended up breaking a tooth which put a slight damper on my mood but not for long

Saturday was the shower and it was beautiful and so thoughtful (i.e. lots of sugar free stuff for me to enjoy lol...could I be a little more food obsessed?) Dawn's house was beautiful and everyone did such a good job with the food and decorations and games...I wish I could tell you every detail. I am so spoiled by everyone's love and generosity.

Sat night we also went to a pole dancing show (not strippers) and got to hang out and be silly. I am still walking on air and I wish I could say more than thank you to everyone who made this possible. Hopefully they all know that I will forever remember this and be great full and keep each of them in my heart till the day I die

Oh Beth, I am so happy for you. You definitely were with a great bunch of girls...I must say so myself. How sweet of Kimmie to surprise you like that.

Awwwww......Glad your shower turned out to be beautiful and spent in great company. That is what makes such great memories. Can't believe your less than 28 days away. That is insane! Sending you tons of hugs because you deserve to feel special and pampered. Your a great person.
