I started charting so that I would know exactly when I O'd and that I did in fact O. I feel like FF has been off the last two cycles. It gave me CH's early (by 2 days) last cycle leading me to believe that I O'd 2 days after my LH surge.
It gave me CH's on day 15 this cycle and it made perfect sense b/c again, it was two days after LH surge. Then this AM I went to put in my temp and it decided to change my CH to day 13. UGH.
I just feel like I can't trust the site. I have no idea what I'm looking at (I haven't been charting long and am not really good at it). It just seems like everyone can interpret the charts differently. Also, I know I have some open circles but it's just not realistic to NEVER have a morning where you randomly get up earlier that usual.
Now I'm super frustrated and not feeling as confident about out chance for this month.
Ok - my temper tantrum is over. ![]()
Re: Getting VERY frustrated with FF!! Chart stalkers wanted.
Why is there an open circle on CD 15? Did you temp earlier/later than normal?
That may be contributing to the confusion...
While I agree generally, I have seen FF pin the O date "wrong" based on temps more than 2% of the time. I think that happens more often when there is some conflicting data, incomplete CM/OPK/ temp data.
In this case, it looks like FF moved your O date because of the positive OPK. I don't see a real temp shift until either CD18 or maybe CD15. I feel your pain, I have had the same kind of see-saw rise in the past.
I wouldn't give up on FF just yet, but if I were you, I'd also fiddle with the interpretation method - FAM, OPK, research, just to see where they would put the CHs.
Good luck!
How long is your cycle normally?? I think your chart looks pretty normal- I would still say there is a possibility that FF will change your date again, maybe to CD 15 again? That looks more of O to me. I have my FF time to temp at 5:30am, and I never temp at exactly 5:30. Sometimes it?s 5:15, but never the same minute each time just because I am a crazy heavy sleeper. I just keep my time the same on FF unless it?s more then 20 minutes outside of my normal time. That?s probably not suggested, but it works fine for me. HTH!
