I'm going to be a hypochondriac for a minute, K?

Usually something like this wouldn't alarm me but with our upcoming trip I'm debating on whether or not to get it checked out. 

I have this sharp stabby,. at times achy pain in my right lower side.  When I palpate the area I can feel that my intestines are inflamed.  If you've had appendicitis, does any of this sound familiar?

    Here. Drinks No need to panick.  I think you're just freaking about the trip and over analyzing things that you normally wouldn't think too much about.  If you have appendicitis I will eat my sock.

    Push in and let go.  Does it hurt when you push in, or let go?

    Also do you have a fever?  I'm sure you're fine, but Those are things I woudl check if I thought something was brewing.

    Hurts to push in.  No fever

    that's also  good.  If it hurt more when you let go then maybe it could be something.
