My MIL and I are throwing a shower for my SIL. It will be a luncheon. I am sort of drawing a blank on what we can serve.
Any good ideas?

Here are some things I have done:
Mini Sandwiches: they sell these buns at Gordon Food Service and they are already sliced in half. They are perfect for lunch when you serve with fruit.
We have also done a mini sandwich and cup of soup with a few small slices of watermelon.
Pinwheels
Chicken/Tuna Salad ( I don't do these because I don't like either of them, but they were served at a baby shower that I went to.)
deviled egs
meatballs
sausage & pepper
rolls
penne alla vodka
green salad with lots of fixings (keep it cold so it doesn't wilt)
Make a couple subs with different meats, & slice them small & stick with a toothpick
potato salad
I have a great way of keeping kings cold while doing a buffet, PM if you want
