help 2nd trimester meds...

So I'm still sick, going on 3 days. I have a really runny nose (nothing green/yellow), am sore and achy and just generally feel like someone beat the crap out of me. I'm scheduled to work tomorrow. Is there anything besides Tylenol I can take? I SO wish I could take ibuprofen, tylenol's not helping at all but I know I can't take that... I can't find the list I got from my OB, go figure!

    Of course, check this with your doctor, but I loved TheraFlu when I was sick when pg.  It has Tylenol in it, and other thing depending on the formulation you get.  But the warm liquid helped me relax and rest.

    Also Echinacea tea....

    I was allowed to take Sudafed in my second tri for a horrible sinus infection. I had to get the one that's sold by the pharmacist (still OTC, but not on the shelves because of the whole Meth thing). You can also check this site:
