Birmingham's Goldfish Swim School

    I have been there for birthday parties and such (hubby and I are friends with the owners).  It's a great facility!  I haven't put DS in classes there but some of my friends took their LOs and really liked it.

    As far as snobby...eh its Birmingham...so my guess would be you'd have a mix!

    My friend took her kid there and liked it. She didn't say how the people are but I wouldn't worry about it. Most parents will talk to other parents.

    Well, I think the staff are SUPER nice:)  I work there, at the front desk.  It's an awesome place, both to work and to take your kids.  I have had DD in lessons since she was 4 months old.  I don't think the people are snobby...of course you will find some not so nice people anywhere, but you don't interact too much with the other parents, except maybe the other parents in your class.  Everyone I've encountered in DD's classes have been super friendly, and probably 99% of the parents I've worked with have been really nice as well.

    We hear a lot of stories about other facilities...and I hear over and over again how much nicer GF is and also how much better swimmers their children have become.
